Our extensive range of displays at Photonplay are all manufactured in house, our customer-focused approach means that we can quickly develop and supply new sign sizes to suit specific customer requirements still offering longer warranty terms than other suppliers as standard. Our equipment is robust, easy to install, use and maintain. All displays benefit from excellent legibility in all environments and are fitted with automatic brightness adjustment which optimises visibility and reduces power consumption. The sign system is programmed using Photonplay's proprietary, Windows based soware which is simple to use and allows messages to be displayed in multiple languages and a wide variety of presentation styles.

These signs are typically used in top specification vehicles or on prestigious routes. The wide choice of colours available for background, route number and destination text allows the bus operator to make a strong impact and differentiate between routes. Fully compatible with all other Photonplay equipment, a full colour front sign can be installed on a vehicle fitted with monochrome side and rear signs if required. The full colour sign is programmed with the same version of soware as monochrome signs and is driven by one of Photonplay’s standard controllers.

The installation space is not always suitable for a straight display – for example in tour buses with a highly curved windshield or in vehicles where accessories (such as the rear-view mirror or blinds) take up space. These cases call for our slightly rounded display: Curved
