Each year Photonplay’s HR Development team hire best talents from premium business schools and universities in North America and India, depending upon the personal interests, capabilities, got trained over a time of a year with rotations in sub functions like community development, relation management, recruitment, training etc.
In synchronisation with GRTO, keeping in mind long term growth, certified trainings for communication ethics and code of conduct during the training period.
